The Vancouver Fish Company Brunch Menu

The Vancouver Fish Company is pleased to offer a full brunch menu available weekends and long weekends from 11:00am.

Chef McManus has taken a decidedly West Coast approach to the brunch menu with offerings such as a Smoked Salmon Benedict with buttermilk biscuit, house-made sockeye lox, dill cream cheese, new potato hash & hollandaise or VFC Hash with sockeye salmon, smoked sablefish, prawns, new potato hash, peppers, onions & saffron hollandaise and has included a number of gluten free options as well!
