Surf & Turf Prix Fixe: An Elevated Coastal Feast

Welcome to our Surf & Turf Prix Fixe menu, a decadent three-course experience designed for those who want the very best of land and sea. Available all day from Apr 8th to 30th, this curated selection offers a premium dining journey for $89 per guest for groups of 2, perfect for sharing a sophisticated meal in the heart of the Pacific Coast. This is a $241 menu if ordered a la carte.

Crafted with indulgence in mind, this menu brings together prime cuts and the freshest catches for a truly communal culinary celebration.

The Experience

Your journey begins with a selection of two signature starters designed for sharing. You might choose our VFC Baked Oysters, featuring six Pacific oysters topped with creamed spinach, a savory Calabrian chili and garlic crumb, and charred citrus aioli. For those craving a touch of sweetness and spice, the Maple Walnut Prawns offer lightly fried tempura paired with yuzu mayo and togarashi. Alternatively, the Albacore Tuna Tataki provides a bright, refreshing start with lightly seared tuna, crisp cucumber, and a zesty ponzu vinaigrette.

The centerpiece of your meal is our spectacular Shared Surf & Turf platter, a bountiful display that truly defines indulgence. From the land, enjoy a 16oz AAA Ribeye served with a rich au jus. This is paired with an incredible bounty from the sea, including 1 lb of succulent crab legs, six prawns, four buttery Hokkaido scallops, and 1½ Lobster Thermidor. To complete the feast, the platter is accompanied by garlic and herb roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, a mustard and herb beurre blanc, and plenty of garlic butter

To conclude your evening, enjoy a sweet selection for the table. Indulge in our classic Tiramisu, prepared with rich mascarpone, espresso, and dark chocolate, or inquire about our Seasonal Dessert for today’s specially featured selection.
