Join us this year for all of our fantastic three-course dining options at an amazing price for Dine Out 2026 at The Vancouver Fish Company!
Back by popular demand and anchoring our Dine Out 2026 experience, we are once again featuring a Live Whole Lobster as a main course option. Perfectly poached and served with seasonal vegetables, garlic-roasted potatoes, beurre blanc, and grilled lemon, this dish remains a signature highlight—simple, luxurious, and unmistakably celebratory.
Our menu begins with refined starters including a vibrant Seafood Crudo with Hokkaido scallops, ahi tuna, wild salmon, and pink shrimp in leche de tigre, a rich Lobster Bisque prepared French-onion style with a sourdough crouton, and our crowd-favorite Maple Walnut Prawns with yuzu mayo and toasted sesame. For mains, guests may also choose an elevated Surf & Turf featuring a petit filet paired with Argentine prawn ravioli in lobster bisque velouté, or a classic Seafood Bouillabaisse brimming with crab legs, prawns, squid, mussels, and fresh local seafood in a fennel tomato broth. Desserts conclude the experience with either a delicate Chocolate Pots de Creme or a seasonal Pumpkin Sticky Toffee Pudding with caramel sauce and Chantilly cream—an elegant finish to a thoughtfully composed coastal menu.
Details of all these plus our starters & desserts can be found below!
